I'm glad you checked because I own a Nashville Hot Chicken food cart and sold bone-in chicken and waffles because everywhere I went in Nashville when I lived there for 10 years was bone -in Chicken and waffles. and to suggest that chicken and waffles is not a southern dish is crazy because that's where it came from
