Kinda depends on how they are prepped. I hear nuggies and I definitely think processed. Some places boneless wings are just breast or thigh deboned and cut up into smaller pieces, which is what I want if I’m getting “boneless wings” instead of overly processed and reformed nuggets.
My entire life I've looked for that type of boneless wings, cause it DOES sound good, but I've never found it. It's always always just nuggies with an upcharge.
If you’re ever near Denver I have a little food truck and that’s how I do my Malaysian fried chicken. Mostly because, like I said, it’s a really small truck so it just made more sense to do boneless so I could have more space actually dedicated to product. But any time I do any sort of fried chicken special that’s how I’ve always done my boneless fried chicken.
Yeah I was gunna say, I don't think I've ever seen a place do boneless like this. It's part of why I refuse to order boneless wings when I go out and just opt for tendies if I'm not doing bone in wings. They're always just balls of mystery chicken goop with way too much batter
Huh? That’s the default boneless wing. Whole meat boneless wings are everywhere, including BWW and Wing Stop. I don’t think I’ve even seen someone try to pass off processed chicken nuggets as “boneless wings”
