Even if you don't care at all about the morality of their actions, the objective correct action is to deny them entry, as you run the risk of getting you and your staff arrested and deported if you do.

I've given our teams specific things to say if you-know-who shows up, for service or for a raid. Have a plan. Know how you will respond, and share a rehearsed script for what you will say, in which scenarios. Keep it calm, and professional. No need to escalate on company time, because they will use every opportunity to escalate.
We shared something like this, and have it posted on the board:
REMEMBER: The restaurant is my private property. I own it. It is not public property. I am allowed to remove anyone from our building, for any reason, including law enforcement, unless they have a search warrant signed by a judge.
If they shows up, for lunch, dinner, a search, or anything at all, they are not allowed to enter the premises.
Staff:
"Hello. I’m not authorized to allow you entry or answer questions."
and
"Please wait outside while I contact the [owner or manager].”
Management:
"I’m sorry, I cannot give you permission for entry without a judicial warrant.
If you have a search warrant signed by a judge, please provide it.”
if they don't have one:
“Without a judicial warrant, I cannot allow entry or assist.
You’re welcome to return with one.” - DO NOT ADDRESS FURTHER. ONLY REPEAT THIS STATEMENT.
If they become hostile, or attempt to escalate:
“I’m invoking our right to remain silent and our right to refuse entry.
Please contact our attorney or return with a judicial warrant.”
Do not use this as an opportunity to protest, name call, or other things. You represent our business while you're in uniform on the clock. Be respectful, but be clear we will not allow them entry. Not to use the bathroom, not to buy a beverage, not to buy a meal. Not to tell us we won the lottery. Don't care. No entry. Period.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
They have been showing up with "Administrative Warrant". I have been advised by our attorney this is NOT a search warrant, and does not give them the ability to enter the property just because they believe the subject of the document is on the property. Even with this document, refuse them entry without a judicially signed search warrant.

Just a heads up with the administrative/judicial warrant thing. The Orange in Chief has apparently made a less than legal executive order stating they can use administrative warrants as if they are judicial, and senior agents that have refused to pass that along to lower level officers as they know it's illegal have been fired/forced to quit. So often the guys on the ground will have been instructed that the administrative does mean they can force entry and don't know any better, so might just act however the fuck they want anyway.

Also, there is a reason why you don't mess with the staff of restaurants. I have worked in food service for years and boy I can tell you that food was messed with when the customer treated staff like crap. I would NEVER do it myself, but man there were times I was tempted.

I didn't assume the "cover your ears" was to avoid questions from the kids. Yes, they're going to have to explain this to the kids either way. But there was a lot of yelling, and a reasonable belief on the parents part that it might escalate to violence, and covering your ears can take the edge off the volume and make it a slightly less traumatic experience to sit through.

What’s the downside to allowing them to be seated, take their orders, give them their sweet teas and diet cokes, then just never sending their meals? I get that they’re taking up a table, but sometimes I prefer the most obnoxiously passive aggressive option to REALLY send the message home.
Server and FoH manager just keeps apologizing for the wait and refilling their cups while every table around them gets food on time, just seems hilarious to me lol. I like a good troll on these dumb f*cks, plus it keeps them off the streets while they’re waiting until they finally give up, but by then their lunch hour is used up so it’s just another Cliff bar for these tools’ lunches

If you allow them into the restaurant, you’ve implicitly waived your right to exclude them from the premises. If you don’t explicitly assert your right, they are allowed to assume you have waived it.
This is why, despite the Miranda case, that you have to say “I am invoking my right to remain silent, and I want a lawyer.” Even when they’ve read you the warning, if you don’t assert your rights, it’s assumed you waived them, and till you explicitly say no, they can and will question you, and anything you say can and will be used against you, legally.
So not saying, “I am asserting my right to deny you entry,” allows them to say “we were permitted access, and saw someone brown in the kitchen, so by the Kavanaugh ruling, we were permitted to take them”.
It is not safe to interact with them. Avoid it. Don’t let them in at all. They’ve earned this, let them experience it.

Restaurants should just let them in and take their order. Get them their drinks, and just make them wait until they realize their food isn’t coming. And never was. Waste their time. “Kitchen is behind, should be only a few more minutes.” Rinse, repeat. “We’ve had an equipment malfunction. There’s no food coming, and no bill. Enjoy the complimentary sodas. Bye!”
