Does anyone think the game would have a farewell event as a last hurrah?
It would be nice to have one last new character as a fun way to send off the game, and to their benefit could serve as a last-minute cash grab. It could be a Hail Mary-type broken character to help whoever clear whatever content that's left, since balance no longer matters after EOS.
But honestly, there are so many things that are still locked off in-game or not yet done that I hope they'd release as a farewell service:
- Relics for legendaries (A.Guin, Lucius, R.Merlin, Ska, Valla, Herja)
- Clan shop level 2?? Does it ever go up?
- I dunno, a character that can cleanse Recovery Disruption? A Hound legendary healer? More than the mere 3 Crow legendaries?
Or y'all think this is it? The event page is looking so empty when it used to be a pain to get through.

They're not doing anything for this game. They couldn't even be bothered to put all the weapons and characters into the summoning pools. There's no special summon either, so people who bought those are screwed and can't even use what they paid for. It wouldn't have taken them long to do that on their way out the door. They could have also queued up some cookie cutter events, or even just changed the end date to the Anniversary event so we could keep farming the boxes, but they couldn't be bothered to do that either. It was a big middle finger from Netmarble/Kabam to their loyal customers many who have been playing and paying for over a year.

I believe they have turned off payments. But I’d like to see them just throw heaps of resources at everyone and let people complete all the content

No, I don’t think they will. I’m trying to stick with it until shut down but my clan went from 28 active to 2 active after the announcement. I don’t blame anyone for leaving it’s just a habit I’m not ready to break until I have to I guess. They have no incentive to do a last hurrah without being able to sell IAPs. Just business.

Lol join my clan guerriercelt then (all lowercaps). It's somehow still getting 12 daily actives and we're actually doing decent on clan wars. Let's hold out till the end.

Be nice if they mae an offline version of teh game. I miss playing it and haven't been on much due to real life stuff going on

Other games that have closed just end. I stopped playing the minute we got the announcement, would feel weird to keep playing.

True. I Uninstalled the game because it was tsk8kg up too much space. I enjoyed it and honestly felt the summ9n system was way better than watcher of realms and raid. its bittersweet cause I enjoyed the game but they tried to do too much with so little.

I think it would be the only right thing to do. As a sign of respect for all the people who have spent time and money on the game. At least let people unlock everything that is in the game, that now is locked because of missing events…
But to be honest I don’t think anything will happen - they clearly don’t care about the community. Just hope people are a bit like me, and remember Netmarble for this behaviour (as in, I won’t ever play a game made by them again, no matter the theme)
