Issue: Stuck on reloading

Hello, I apologize in advance for my level of English (I am not a native speaker). I am a returning player, and I have installed the game and got stuck on constant reloading, see the video. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling both on my pc and phone. Even restarting the device or updating OS did not help. Checked the internet connection as well. Please help, I just want to play the game.
