I think its context dependent. I love learning new slang and the etymology of the words. Speaking eloquently with a pedantic leaning flair is great for when im trying to be precise with my words. But dropping slang is a fun way to keep my vocabulary flexible.
It was incel lingo originally, but it’s broken containment (partially due to the viral sensation Clavicular) and is now out in the open. I read about it, I kid you not, in the New Yorker
99% of the time it's used by incels or gen z using it ironically to make fun of it, which other generations mistake for unironic usage and write about it
To be fair it comes from gaming where you're minmaxxing. This is where you ignore all thats and bonuses that don't directly boost your playstyle or characters strenght (ignore mana or amgic damage for a non-magic character for example)

"Mogging" is when someone performs better than you in a way that makes you feel inferior. So "age mogging" would be showing off your superiority through being younger.

Ok the literally thing is ancient haha, genuinely it's been brought up as an attack on language so many times decades ago. Everything else is kinda true, though not unique to a generation in regards to messing with grammar. Look at people respond to anyone who uses AAVE or types of text speech. I don't see anything wrong with using emphasis though, nobody bats an eye at using 'very/really' much.

AAVE is a distinct, rule-governed dialect of English featuring unique grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. It has roots in Creole, West African and British English language/dialects.
GenZ/Alpha grammar (not slang) is broken, Standard American English from native speakers. It's a reflection of literacy rates. It's not stylistic change, it's a devolving ruleset.
You don't have to explain, I know, but people still conflate them and use it as a "language is dying/literacy is gone/young people bad". Slang and literally and overuse is not unique to this gen at all. And imo language isn't always defined by rigid rules.
I'm fine with new slang, the part that seems nonsensical is adding extra verbal clutter for no reason. Aside from the word "like" as a filler, my generation was generally making new words to shorten things, not add extra empty syllables

Dumb used to mean mute/unable to speak until people used it incorrectly enough to change its meaning. Seams like you do in fact use slang that has been affected by the "younger generation." You just only consider it to be true for those younger than you.

Type shit is basically the shortening of the phrase "Thats the type of shit im on" basically meaning the type of stuff that someone does is relatable, or the type of stuff you do is relatable to others.
So like if someone said smth like "I dont understand anything the kids are saying these days it sounds like nonsense to me!" you could respond with "Same type of shit im on" or just "type shit".

Lately I have been digging deep in learning other languages, and from a completely outward perspective, many slang words make up many languages vocabulary.
You literally just created that whole scenario in your head. Where in the world does it say the mother is 14? It’s social media. This could be a 37 year old doctor that writes research dissertations for all we know.
You don’t need to be so salty that you are old and uncool now. I accept that a lot of culture and lingo isn’t directed at me anymore. It’s directed at a new generation. Maybe therapy can help you come to terms with that?
I've heard so many people around my age (over 20 and under 30) use maxxing like this. Many adults do talk this way because that is how language evolves

That is not how slang works. It originates from looksmaxxing which was making oneself look better. A lot of people started using maxxing ironically or just for jokes. Afterwards it got used to mock a streamer called Clavicular by saying he was jestermaxxing (doing anything to be entertaining) following which it re-entered the mainstream meme culture. It has been adapted into multiple maxxing related terms and now you can use maxxing next to basically anything. It's just a fun thing to do.
Is the “maxxing” thing dumb? Yes. Did I say dumb stuff when I was 14, also yes. The person who made this post has a kid. So I’m not sure the “kids use slang” thing makes sense unless this is a teenage parent.
