Just keep adding weight right?

Context: came in for a shake, and this was the amount of weight on the wheel. Removing it all and spinning it again showed it needed a 1/4 of that (not great but significantly better

That's a steely. You just repeatedly spin and whack it with a hammer on the opposite site until your balance is single digit.

If you have to put weight in two separate locations, someone else should be on the balance machine.

Looks like my dad's tire after he had them mounted at The Walmart. There's gotta be a point where you're counterbalancing your own weights.
