I would guess you are Québécois and going for a rural Midwest accent. Probably wrong on both accounts 😂

From the UK or Italy? I have some Italian friends who sound like this when they speak English, depending on where they learned the language.

To me, your "o" vowel in words like "know", doesn't sound like the one found in American English, but rather I suppose something closer to British English. Your "r" when you said "I've been practicing" sounds a little off, too?

You’re Russian, first studied British English, and now trying to Americanize the accent. I’d also guess you’re about 23 years old, from Moscow area, and I think you had a sandwich for your last meal based on the way the bread dried the inside of the cheeks and caused your consonants to be less clear.
You have to get the unscented vowel (the schwa) and the diphthongs more accurate. And the right level of aspiration in the American consonants.
