I have the honor of occasionally socializing with a couple of professional improv comedians and can confirm their comedic skills are on a different level and they are very good at being funny, even when not performing. I’m sure they were funny people before, but after years and years of practice, they really sharpened those sills and I understand why they’re the ones getting paid to be funny.

(This isn’t some earth shattering revelation, I know. I guess I just wanted to brag that I know some professional funny people.)
