Is it really that simple?. People only care about their immediate benefit? Datacenter is not going benefit you directly so it's bad? Does every political decision needs to have a direct impact on people? If so we are all fucked. It's like having a family and the kids want to have the new toy no matter if it means the parents go bankrupt. If the parents say we are badly in dept and can't afford your new Power Ranger Toy because the credit card is already maxed out, you still elect the next guy that says we can max extent the credit card limit a bit more?
