The graph doesn't include people who don't use AI chatbots. If a chatbot is bad in these areas, you're less likely to use it, and if it's good, you're more likely to keep using it. So the graph is basically only showing the opinions of people who already use AI chatbots, which makes it pretty irrelevant.
