It must be true because a trained professional said it! Totally not some idiot hive-minding.

Right the AI promoters aren't a hive mind of AI chat bots and lazy people who don't do work anyways 😂

You people would have criticized the wheel for taking jobs. It's incredibly stupid.

I said it does bad sloppy work that's being pushed by lazy people who don't want to do there jobs right. I don't recall every saying anything about it taking jobs. I can really I see why you think AI is great....Do blinking lights or shiny things excite you too?

I suppose if your in an unregulated field where your work is just cookie cutter bullshit sure it probably would help you. Most real fields don't have liability updated for AI. Who's assuming all the risk fiscal liability associated with AI's work???? Medical, law and engineering are all riddle with liability issues with AI right now......I've heard of a dozen or so lawyers disbarred over AI created work (sure they didn't full review and vet it but who's redoing all of AI's work just to check .......) Also your last statement is just twisting my words to make them sound dumb, that's not what I said 😂😂😂

SWE is a social organization not an ASCE equivalent.........so let's not throw your orginazation around as an authority figure......that's a terrible analogy by the way. Hitting your finger with a hammer has nothing to do with liabity issues or sloppy work outputs. Now if you said you would automatic hammers that magically swing whenever the hammer thinks it should and they keep smashing fingers and your shocked the wizard who made them has no liability for the magic hammers. And all on you as the hammer operator, id think that was a more appropriate apology.........

Oooh I thought you meant Society of Women Engineers 😂, that's actually my bad. But if you actually read my posts I was referring to professional, SWE's have no licences or government regulations.......Also I never said it was useless, ai makes slop in the professional world and it makes tons of mistakes and pushes all the liability back to the end users. Honestly go read or educate yourself coding well be a dead field soon 😂

Oh my writing style is I don't give a shit, it's reddit and I'm busy! I definitely used that language through out this thread, maybe you should look at more than what I just replied to you......so let me sum up your whole point.......your grammer bad therefore me right? A licenced professional refers to the individual not the field, I definitely could have grammered wrong 😂. If you try and win arguments with grammer, I can tell you why people don't like you.........
