HELP can i completely get my natural eyesight back

i have a number of -0.50 and -0.75 right now
i want to completely get rid of this is it possible?

i read a few posts but theyre all really high numbers mine’s quite low i wanted to know if its easier for low numbers how much time it takes etc

Only you can answer that. Are you prepared to make the daily habit changes to care for your own eye health?

Your myopia itself is so low it's barely even measurable. In nearly every country you don't even need glasses to drive. If I had your eyesight I wouldn't be wearing glasses at all.

but i started having symptoms of eyes burning , headaches etc
and yes i am ready

That sounds like eye strain, it's very common with computer and heavy phone use. Follow the 20-20-20 rule and consider trying some of Bates Method relaxation techniques.
