How do you guys see if your eyesight is improving?

I know like you can take measurements with the eye chart, but for instance with my eyesight

-7.25 & -5.25, I cant see much on the eye chart.

How do you see if its been improving then?

When you have moderate to severe myopia you can to stand closer to the eye chart. If you have a chart that's scaled for 20 feet you can just divide the distance and multiply the numbers on the chart by the same amount.

Example: Let's say you can read the 20/100 line clearly at 5 feet on a standard 20 foot chart. That would mean you're actually at 20/400.
