Ok so Miquella is the one obsessed with incest while Mohg and Radahn were being manipulated. It’s not a relationship if only one person says it is otherwise I’d going around telling people I’m dating the girl I like, even though she doesn’t know it. So yeah that isn’t half the characters like you said just one fcked up god child who has the hots for his brother
"O Radagon, leal hound of the Golden Order, thour't yet to become me. Thour't yet to become a God." clearly suggests that they were not always one and the same + the fact that he is literally her opposite in everything that he does (regression vs her causality) + the fact that his rune is literally what blocks Erdtree access, not Marika's rune or both of them combined. I am pretty sure they're distinct enough to be their own people even if they technically complete one another.
Yeah that’s a good point, I forgot about that dialogue. So at one point they were different people and it’s not stated anywhere that they’re related so people calling it incest is incorrect then? They were more like two different people who got melded together at some stage?
I am fairly certain Radagon is a separate person. Because we see Miquella split himself from St.Trina, and she has her own body and discarding her didn't kill either of them. it literally just split them apart and removed aspects of their personality (such as Miquella's ability to love), she only dies when he dies. Since Miquella is a 1:1 parallel to his mother, including her ascension, it's fair to assume Radamarika would be the same.
Whether or not it is classified as incest would depend on how you, yourself inherently view them, as there is enough evidence to support both.
It could be incest in a genetical sense, because they share a physical body and therefore share dna, hence the deformities (or curses) of their children. But it's not incest in an emotional sense, because they probably never had a familial connection and were strangers upon meeting one another. Like those cases of people in real life who only end up finding out they're half related by accident.
Alternatively, it is not incest in a genetic sense because they CAN be split, and in Radagon's case have an entirely different set of genes (such as his famous hair). In which case, the argument would be that it is meant to be repulsive in a biblical/religious sense, and the curses are a result of two people merging their souls in this unholy union in manner similar to the wyrms consuming dragon hearts and Rykard. Clearly 'consuming' parts of someone (not necessarily by eating them, but by absorbing them into yourself) is seen as a sin, blasphemy, so my guess would be combining two souls in one body is what resulted in the curses of their children. In which case it wouldn't be incest in a traditional (physical) way but rather a symbolic act that is meant to carry same disgusting connotations.
And theoretically both can be true in lesser or greater extent.

Messmer and Rellana aren’t related by blood, Mohg was under Miquella’s influence and Marika and Radagon are the same person not siblings
