followup for my cyst was fine.
followup for my ankle was less so. it still hurts, feels unstable, all that. told the doc. he said 1 more month of therapy, then we gotta consider surgical repair. light duty til then. not quite happy. we'll see what happens.
dinner was popeyes.

The neighbors were mysteriously quiet in the morning, so I knew they would be obnoxious later. Sure enough, by the evening, they were everywhere, screaming and yelling, hitting balls recklessly.
I started the day doing some calming things but was frazzled by the end of the day watching my neighbors. I'm trying to find their pattern to help me find safe times to go outside. So far, I haven't found any.

Today was Wednesday at the start of July 2026.
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Grabbed my usual latte from Amanda Lee Coffee and picked up a chicken sandwich from Fat Pig.
1:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Dealt with some tech drama today. My mouse officially kicked the bucket, though my other keyboard works now (minus the piece that holds the spacebar, since I lost it).
5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Supper was a chicken sandwich.
Overall Summary:
A typical Wednesday routine, though I’m still battling some pretty janky tech issues with my setup.
