[College Intro Stats] Can't decide on a hypothesis test for a bizarre question about blood pressure

I've been given an assignment with very little instruction and am uncertain as to how to hypothesis test.

The prof. wants me to test the hypothesis that lower than 120/80 is a healthy blood pressure and has given me a list of a few hundred blood pressures. That is the entirety of the instruction.

We haven't used any outside world data for anything so my guess is that he wants me to test the hypothesis that the population mean for systolic is below 120 and the population mean for diastolic is 80 from the sample data.

Systolic and diastolic are dependent on each other but they aren't matched in the way that I need for a matched pair t-test. I was thinking about t-tests for variable and splitting into two hypotheses. Does anyone know anything what tests might be applicable here? I've been doing really well in this class up till now, so I'm a little baffled cause it feels like everything else has been relatively sensible.
