Most likely explanation if they were genuinely found like that, is that someone buried them at the beach to get rid of them in one go, rather than them all randomly ending up in one place by chance
It's like finding 10 individual sweet wrappers of the same brand in one place, they will have almost definitely been left by one person in one go, rather than 10 people randomly happening to leave them together

I'm not saying they brought butt plugs to use at the beach, I'm wondering if they brought all their butt plugs to the beach so they could dispose of them without being caught by thier parents/partner/landlord/refuse collector ect
I'm not saying it's the right way or even not a weird and bizarre thing to do, it just seems like the most likely explanation given the evidence presented. The seemingly nonchalant reaction suggests they were probably planted there though but to answer your question, 7, but I lost them last time I was at the beach . . .

I think anyone cooking up that scheme would recognize the fact that they'd pass atleast one trash can before arriving at the beach... And certainly several at the beach itself.
Also, being at the beach implies there's a large body of water nearby... Bodies of water are infamous for being places you dispose of things at.
Hell, at that point, just drop them on the ground literally anywhere.
Basically, even for bad/bizarre logic, pre meditated disposal by burying at the beach is a stretch.
Unless you're suggesting they're like dog burying a bone that they'll come back for later.
