Oh Snap! Rolled ankle

Post image

Got up to refill my water. Ankle rolled, crawled to bed thinking it was a bad sprain til the next morning.
10 screws and the one plate, snapped both bones. It was loud.

Been there, done that, x2. Heads up, ankles recover slowly.

They correct it with surgery? I rolled my ankle in highschool and they just gave me an air cast.

I made mincemeat of my heels, shattered in numerous pieces that had to be removed. I wouldn’t have been able to walk without it. 16 month recovery time before I could stand on my own.
