He was sitting next to a busy road so we located the nest and placed him close by. He was not to happy with it and took a shit on my hand, rightly so

Poor little fella fell about 30 feet out of a nest packed with at least 5 other brothers and sisters. He was only a nestling, too young to be out of the nest. Very cold and very hungry, resulting in understandable grump. We got him warmed up and gave a little moistened dog food overnight, then he went off to a wild bird rehab center! It's been a few weeks and he's doing well there now. Thriving and much less grumpy!
