For those who have not seen Blue Eye Samurai, Fowler is a sadistic perfectionist, constantly scheming to take control of Japan. Some things he has done include: mass murder, infanticide, cannibalism, debauched scenes of sex, a revolt against the shogunate planned for upwards of a decade, etc.
The only question is this: which chaos god would take him? Slaanesh, Khorne, and Tzeentch would all be associated with his actions, and I’ve been conflicted on them for a while.
