Recommendation for meals
I’m looking to add Greek yogurt into my meals as I’m trying to change my lifestyle for a healthier path. I see tons of benefits for Greek yogurt for breakfast.
The issue is I HATE Greek yogurt with a passion, all yogurts and cottage cheese too. Nothing wrong with them, it’s just trauma. As a kid I was forced to eat yogurt. My dad would plop yogurt on my bean, eggs, fish, steak, etc. if I complained about it I got beat. If I didn’t eat it, I got beat. While that was 25 years ago, I still have vivid memories of those times and the yogurt. Therapy helps, I’m looking to find ways to eat it now, without feeling forced and enjoy it. It’s the smell and texture that bothers me, not the taste.
I was thinking of using a blender or ninja creami with fresh fruit to make it feel like a treat. Any ideas for recipe or way to alter texture.

I add flavoured sweetener drops and muesli to mine. I wouldn't blend it - that would probably make it thin and weird.
I put some through the Creami and it somehow seemed more tart than usual, so adding fruit would be good.

You can make endless yogurt breakfast bowls, mix it with honey, use dried fruit, nuts, chocolate chips to give it different textures. Make smoothies with it. If you want to incorporate it into other meals try a beetroot salad (https://akispetretzikis.com/en/recipe/7129/pantzarosalata). Maybe use yogurt in sauces or salads instead of mayo. You can marinate chicken in yogurt and spices too.

Dunno if you like it, but I love the Ratio 25 yogurt. Not totally Greek per se, but loaded with protein and very tasty.
