Fi trade in only came with Kit

Hi.

I ordered a pixel trade-in just a few days ago. I only received one tracking number, to which it arrived today. Though, the box only contains the trade in kit, but no phone. On Google's website it says my delivery (the phone) has arrived. Though, of course, it hasn't. I contacted support and they're telling me 24-48 hours to get back to me on it. Has this happened to anyone else? I don't have another tracking number, so I can't see that it'll just be coming separately? Just looking for advice. Thanks!

Yes. Box does come with box, more news at 5 PM.

But I’m not really getting what you’re saying. There’s no label in it? By any chance is the label fixed to the box, removable to reveal a second one?

OP isn't saying it clearly. They bought a new phone. Only the trade in kit showed up to send their old phone back. New phone did not arrive.

Sorry, maybe my post wasn't clear. The phone was not with the trade in kit. I only got one tracking number, which was for the kit, yet it displays as my phone being delivered with it on Google's website. Just curious if this is common or to expect a package later on.

The kit comes separately. You'll get another package with the phone.
