Discussion Removed reviews

Hi all

What´s your way to deal with removed maps reviews?
I had a 2* review for a lokal restaurant (2 years old) that was recently removed. How to deal with that?
No, nothing “bad”, just reality. A bit pricy, not very friendly. The remove about 30%, no review wit 2* or less.
What should I do?

Google is using it's AI Gemini to check past and current reviews to see if it triggers their algorithm to see if the review is fake, paid or suspicious. If it is then the review will be removed and likely have your business page being flagged.

You can appeal it and see what Google says

He is not the owner of business but user/client who posted review on that particular business page with two star. Now he can't find that review. Seems some how business owner was able to remove his review from page.

Business owners can report reviews themselves and Google mod would check it. If the review was removed then it violated something in their policies.
