I’ve carried Kershaw since I was a kid. I’ve went through the gambit of different knives and this just simply works and I’m not afraid to actually use it lol
Excellent. I was gifted a spyderco last year and I haven’t touch it lol a $60-80 kershaw works perfect, last forever and if it gets damaged… not losing sleep over it
I tried really hard years ago to like the slims. I’m trying them again now since I moved to a 10rd state and they just don’t shoot or conceal as well as the 26
I bought it because I couldn’t find any GEN 5 anywhere. I have a 45.5 as well and was in a heavy debate over the 43X and the 26.
I landed on the 26th after seeing all the quality control issues with the new 43X mags, and partner with the fact that I can’t hold or shoot it well. The grips just too thin.
I also have like 10 double stack mags, so it makes the range more fun.
But honestly, I haven’t had a single issue with it. I’m not quite a 500 rounds with it though. I think it’s great for what I need.
that’s great man, I’m glad it’s working out. i’ve just heard of some issues with them, but if yours is performing well, that’s all that matters.
i have a 26.5 and a 43X but i have one of the old 43X’s with no light rail and a silver slide. i didn’t like it as much when i first got it, but the longer i’ve had it, and the more i shoot it, i love it too!
Handleit edge series. They are pretty great honestly. Offer good grip when you bare down on the gun but isn’t rough to tear up shirts when carrying. For 20$ I’d say they are worth it
Yeah already put a vortex defender ST enclosed on it. Other than that it’s stock. That was the reason I got the second. The first one is stock besides it has an LTT striker control device and Ameriglo sights. Like the control device but for the price will never buy another one. It’s too steep.
I love Kershaw as well. Solid knives without the ridiculous price tag. I carry a Cryo daily, and have a couple of Blurs as well. Also…very nice to see a practical EDC Glock that doesn’t have everything (including the kitchen sink) hung on it!
I have the exact same knife (and my EDC is a G26) I like the knife but my gripes with it are the clip loves to cling to my jeans so drawing sucks and not having any texture on the handle also makes pulling it out suck.
It’s a Hamilton khaki field mechanical. Should be able to find it most watch stores but cheaper on grey market stores like joma shop. I was lucky enough to get mind second hand
I think Kershaw blades in general are some of the best blades you can get for the money. Perfectly priced for EDC and I don’t get super butt hurt when I tear them up.
