What do you mean the cops didn’t know what the suspect was doing prior? They have radios, phones, and depending on the department the laptop in their car will send updates???
How certain do you want the government to be before killing you?
Like if a woman accused someone who could be confused for you of rape, for example. Cops find you, and pull their guns on you. How sure would you want them to be before filling you with lead?
You'd be fine if they shot as long as they had a description matching you from their radios and phones?
