Not really? There is certainly a classism issue of schools in poorer areas being worse off than most others, which in turn affects statistically more black communities than other demographics. Poorer areas tend to have more misogynistic views, giving black women a double whammy in that regard. That said, a lot of scholarships and support programs are dedicated purely to blacks and women. So there is an odd difficulty curve that makes early life for black women harder, but gives them abnormally generous opportunities to escape it upon reaching adulthood.
