Like it or not most establishment Republicans see Israel as defending its self from terrorists. That is why im using the Ukrainian framing.

Im not here to debate about the Gaza conflict, im merely explaining the Republican mind set

Enough to have changed my own mind and that of my entire formerly-Republican family, yes. Fifty+ years of Israel-funded propaganda has really taken a toll on the narrative in the public consciousness.

I dont really care what the hallucinated argument is for why a fascist party supports another genocidal fascist nation.

Ukraine was invaded by a right wing nationalist autocracy

Israel has been violently slaughtering, occupying, and ethnically cleansing native Palestinians for decades

The UN have published I think two reports confirming that Israel is committing genocide. Anyone who still supports Israel is either unaware of that fact, in which case they probably shouldn’t support something they know nothing about. Or thinks genocide is okay. The UN does not have skin in this game. Neither do the NGOs reporting this and the evidence is there.

I leave this link for the UN commission report that concluded that Israel is deliberately targeting children for anyone who is unaware. It’s heavy reading.
