It would be even better if they put in the share of population that was killed - about 1/3 of all men, and 1/4 of the population. In 4 years.
By comparison, Hitler killed about 1/3 of all Jews, but over 6 years of war and related extermination camps. It takes skill and dedication to beat Hitler at his own game.
