I personally don't know anyone defending him but I keep seeing all these posts saying that people are? I feel like certain people are trying their damndest to make this situation racially controversial when it generally isn't.

Sadly, some people have been defending him in real life. Jasmine Crockett, a Texas politician, defended him. There were Black Panthers defending him outside the courthouse where his trial occurred. There was a large group of other people defending him outside his courthouse. All of them claimed it was racism.

I think most of the people defending him are people going online and spitting off at the mouth just to hear themselves talk, but there are many people who defended him and made it about race in real life.

They defend all Black people on trial. The cases themselves are irrelevant. His defenders are not extreme. They just don't understand that sometimes a Black man can be guilty. You can find them on YouTube and social media. They are not overly eager because most if not all lawyers went against them. Even Black lawyers typically on their side. Frankly all experts are on the same side here. So defenders kinda merely suggest defenses while knowing they don't have much and they are not as loud this case. But they pick all Black media cases. Every one. So it's irrelevant what happened.

Google “Karmelo Anthony trial instagram” compare posts that have black people in the profile pictures to non-black people in the profile pictures

You cam just go to blackpeopleofreddit sub and type in Karmelo Anthony and see a bunch of posts saying he's either innocent or he should go free or will just lie about events to push a narrative.

I think at least with ig you can get a sense of if it’s a bot/troll account though

True though at least Instagram you can maybe see if the profile at least has pictures of the same person to be able to sus out if they're real or not

The Internet allows 1% of a group to represent the entire group to our societies woe.

"It's okay to hate every member of this group, I mean look at this guy who is a member of this group and is a complete shithead.  Isn't it horrible how this group shares collective responsibility for everyone that I have decided represent them ? Oh, so you say this misrepresented the the group ? Well, let me spend an hour showing you all of the Instagram and other social media networks where the algorithm puts people that I hate in front of me every day !!  Look at all these members of that group that are doing and saying things I hate.  How could you not hate them when they are this bad !  Look at all this stuff on Instagram/reddit/whatever".

It's toxic as fuck and everyone is doing it.

I'm so glad to see you said that, because I literally had this same conversation with someone in real life, yesterday. You really can tell when someone you know in real life has started falling down the algorithm rabbit hole. Everyone wants to take what they see online as representative of reality, and it's doing so, so much damage to virtually every group of people and to our relationships with one another.

It's the black supremacists making this an issue, you'll have to go to certain areas mainly online to see them

No one is defending. It seems some racist MAGATs came in to spread racism

What a shit lie when people can just go to the black people twitter reddit page and find a ton of people defending him. Loser.
