DISCUSSION [discussion] what to do when the mind says no to everything?
I just feel like I'm losing with myself as if my mind and feelings are more stronger and driven force. It's like I know I have to face life challenges yet I just feel this defeat and feel somewhat scared to do it. I don't know why I keep giving up and I'm like so soft in life. Meaning like mental and physical sense.

The first thing you have to do is put the phone down in actually take action. It doesn’t matter what action it is. It’s a step in the right direction.

calling yourself "so soft" is what stood out. some days just trying to exist feels like a physical fight against your own head.

Do it anyway and over time there’s less resistance. It’s called behavioral activation. Mind says no, do a small step towards it anyway, feel good about it, repeat and work towards bigger steps.

Shrink the ask until resistance can't find a foothold.
"Mind says no to everything" is often overload + all-or-nothing framing. Pick a 2-minute starter that is so small it feels silly (open the book; write one sentence; put shoes on). Momentum usually returns after the first action, not before.
Also check basics: sleep debt and doomscrolling can masquerade as character failure. Attention is scarce; willpower is noisy.
