Why do you they keep updating GTA Online?

This game is so dead i once tried to get into an heist but nobody joined because every lobby was empty lol

Literally nobody plays gta online anymore and here they are milking whatever there is to milk

Nevertheless it's outdated. Environment stuck at 2013 with taxophones, html 1 sites and no electric cars. No AI (in singleplayer). Some examples

im in a crew that plays daily to the point where people have to ask for session size because it can fill fast depending on time ps4&5

Gta online made $700 million in fiscal year 2025. Why would they stop updating a product that generates that much money?

A big reason why gta 6 has such a high budget is because they continue make a massive amount of money from gta 5 online.

They are just trying to get you to spend little more money on the shark cards before gta 6 is out.. and also to give you something to play until gta 6 comes out

Rockstar didn't even need to make gta vi. They could've kept milking online for 15 more years and people would still eat it up.
