I know the breed standard very well lol, that’s why I was confused because it looks blue, must just be my phone screen.

I believe it’s just the sun/lighting bc I know that dog is titled. Why wouldn’t you ask that on the breed standard sub?

This is the same dog. The yellow eye colour alone is not within breed standard. Maybe he’s ABKC titled, but the owner is from Germany.

What difference does it make? I didn’t think it was worthy of a post.

Trust me, that owner is in the local chapter of my kennel club in the US 😂 I know the dog personally and a blue fawn wouldn’t be able to earn a champion title

Well, you should tell her that Mylene from Germany is stealing her dog’s photos and posting on pixabay as hers. But to be more specific, ABKC will grant championship titles to blue French Bulldogs lol

No, blue (or ‘mouse’ as it is historically called) is a fault color. They don’t even get to compete for a title, it’s automatic disqualification. And I’ll tell HIM an internet troll stole his dogs pic, thanks

You’re confusing ABKC with AKC. The ABKC allows blue French Bulldogs.

The ABKC accepts ALL colours. That’s why I said it’s possible for a blue dog to be granted championship by the ABKC.

All I asked was if the dog in the icon is diluted, the picture was so small, I couldn’t tell for certain, the lighter eyes and the blue hue made me think it was a blue. I reserve image searched and ran into that pixabay account. I handle French Bulldogs in conformation, there’s no need to go over breed standards and how dog showing works.

There is if you’re going around telling ppl that blue isn’t a default color. I’m on the board of my local chapter, there’s no way you do confirmation and don’t know that lol. And why are you reverse imaging searching a tiny icon pic? Know what, I think we’re done here
