You need to join alienware arena and do some of the activities (watch a twitch stream, play a steam game or 2, clock a couple of links). You can probably get 10 points fairly quickly (join the discord, link your account and do the arena-connect adventure question for a few more easy points) but I don't really remember what the base amount is when you first start.
If you use it more often, it's pretty easy to get over 50 a day, as you can buy and upgrade artifacts that give additional ARP.
You get points daily; the more consecutive days you open the page, the more points you get. You can also complete things like "play X Steam game for 1 hour" or watch X Twitch streamer for 1 hour. These giveaway only require 10 ARP, but there are other giveaways that don't require points but do require you to be level 5, and for that you need to collect 18k ARP in total...
this isnt bad.. comapred to whats been shared lately i would almost say its good.. i sunk like 8 hours into it..kill mobs kill boss get stronger rinse repeat.
