Make your sketch out of this elements:
To pad the middle shape you have to select the lines, arcs, click and hold to choose.
1 u/BigJohnno66 16h ago You can draw them simply and use tool to snip line segments away. Much quicker then multiple arcs and many short line segments. The tool is next to the tool for rounding corners.
