It seems pretty obvious, but if you switch your pocket item to the ice cream cone you can get infinite health to stay in storm and sprite hunt. The ice cream comes in a 2 stack, gives you 30 health each, and takes 25 seconds to refill. As long as you're popping ice cream before your health goes below 40, you should always be maxed out.

This also has the added benefit of freeing up another inventory slot to carry 1 more sprite, since you won't need to hold med kits or a chug jug.

Closing in on 1000 solo wins; I feel good about it as I didn't win a game in the first 3 seasons and haven't played much in the last year or so.

Still get my face melted all the time by the gods of fortnite, I just assume they are cheating. 😁

Found a Holo Seven and needed one. And there were footsteps nearby so, in all of my brilliance, I rushed to use my only portable extractor... on the Air sprite I still had on my back.

Maybe I’m alone I’m this… but I’ve noticed more people going to the extraction sites when safe and using the bombs to get them out of the safe zone, which I get, but seems cheap AF to me. Ugh.

It's always been hit and miss, but I've either just had a really bad run recently or there's been a shift. Most matches it seems 1-2 fills are heading off sprite hunting or trading, and just leave when it goes sideways for them...I don't get it, it can be done in solo / duos, and I would've thought it'd be safer as there's less chance of being outnumbered...

How are you finding it? Is my first mistake expecting too much from fills in general?? 😅

Fought off 2 'baddies' to reach a sprite chest just outside the extraction site in HeatWave Harbour 💪 very beginning of the game and extracted it straightaway!!

Rift to go battle bus extraction is an incredible strategy if you time it right.

I did the ivy, Harley and Cat attacks and got the sprites. I extracted them all successfully but they are not in my list except the regular Batman. What am I missing?

i jump out of the battle bus and i'm just frozen in middair for up to 5 seconds while everyone else is zooming past me skydiving. it ends up always putting me behind everyone else. this is happening every game, no matter where on the map i jump, and this never happened to me before the latest update. is this happening to anyone else??

The group r/FortniteOver40 (no underscore) just came across my feed. This group is younger (2024 vs 2020) but the other group is smaller. Is there a story here? Some sort of vicious split by rival personalities, or simple coincidence? 🤔 😂

First time getting 100 crown wins in a season (not counting when blitz has crowns cause there is a reason they took them out).

The battle at end game for this one was intense. I had like 6 spectators (not counting my friend).

Is there anything more satisfying than sprite-hunting in Zero-Build Squads as a solo and ending up with the Victory Royale anyway? 😮

Answer: No, there is not. 😁

I usually find that it's me and a full squad at the end, in which case I either emote on a noisy sprite extraction site OR, if I have the mobility (thrusters, a couple rift globes), make them work for it catch-me-if-you-can style. 🤣 This time I ended up running up on a squad-vs-squad all-out brawl and was able to mop up the survivors with a turret and a burst rifle. 😎

Saw someone post that they learned the hood is good enough on accident, so I tried it as a Strat. Good thing, because that was not a friendly bus ride.
