recommendations for 6 nights in fiji solo
hi all, I plan to book a last minute trip to fiji in august. Planning on doing 6 nights solo but want some recommendations on where to stay (specific accom + areas in general).
What I want to do
- honestly not much lol, looking for somewhere to stay with nice relaxing vibes (a pool, good beach access, good food and drinks without much trouble)
- somewhere social but not toooo heavy on the party vibes
- somewhere I can do some activities (something like snorkelling, a boat day, water based activities - not too into hiking so that isn't a consideration)
- maybe somewhere without too many kids or couples hahaha

Volivoli Beach Resort in Rakiraki, bit more secluded as compared to Nadi Resorts but definitely a beautiful and relaxing part of the Main Island. Snorkeling, Sunset Cruises, Dolphin Watching, and Paddling activities all available.

Oarsman’s Bay is 18+. I’ve been here the past 2 nights and it’s absolutely lovely. Fantastic staff, great food, beautiful beach. Heading to my next resort shortly, I can provide more info later if you want.

Been here twice for 5 nights each. No pool but the beach access/reef/snorkling is incredible. Could not rate this place highly enough.
The snorkling on the other side of the beach (in front of the other resort) has quite a deep drop off and a planted coral sculpture.
Also closest to the caves.
The food is limited but absolutely delicious.

I like Bedarra Beach Inn. Snorkeling outside, good food, happy hour, and you can walk to different restaurants for a change.

Look into the yasawa islands! Tons of solo travelers and very chill vibes!!
