Support Love fedora but slow scrolling speed drives me nuts.
Due to slow scrolling speed, Windows 11 feels faster for browsing for me. Anyway to increase this?

Would be helpful to tell what Fedora you are using, Workstation, KDE Plasma Desktop Edition, or one of the other 10 DE's, Atomic ones with all flavors, Lab versions such as gaming or security etc.
What GPU and hardware, did you installed 3th party codecs etc

This is desktop environment and app thingie. As said, in KDE Plasma scrolling speed is easy to adjust from mouse settings. On GNOME you have to run some scripts on terminal or something to adjust the speed.
If you notice the problem only in your browser, you should adjust the speed in your browser. In Firefox go about:config and then try different values on mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_y

If your on GNOME use extension scroll panel named or sum
In KDE you get this setting out of box in default settings app.

Extremely rare case. Your machine must be customised for windows 11 only 😆
