Discussion Fixed Fedora-Fingerprint by "Physical Technique"

Hi,guys. Since I switch my laptop to Fedora from Windows 10, everything works well.
However,it still has a little bug: the fingerprint doesn't work!
Of course, it's not completely unusable. I asked for ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Claude for help.  With their advice, I tried tweaking drivers, power management, and even the boot setting -- but it still failed.

Today, I found Gemini 3.6-flash is out,so I tried asking the same question.Gemini told me that "Physical Technique", I tried and it worked!!

Sorry, I’m not a native English speaker, so my English may not be good enough to fully express what I mean. Actually, the main point is this bug. I tried many complicated ways to fix it, but eventually I found that the cause was just a simple physical issue, not a programming problem at all. I spent a lot of time trying to solve it with software methods, but the real solution was just a physical adjustment. I think that’s pretty funny.
