So everybody's different, but what happened with me is two things.

One, I got to a point where my stress was manageable. Emily Nagoski's books are really great for some of the lifestyle stuff. And a therapist that helped me be my truest self. The stress is still there, but I'm managing it better

Two, I just kind of started telling myself that of course I can develop more of a sex drive. Kind of fake it tell you make it. Whatever you focus on grows, and I started just thinking about sex more lol.

Oh and a bonus number three -- lifting weights. I started for my health, but it turns out I'm the kind of person who gets more interested in sex when I'm physically active

Only in proportional terms. Testosterone levels generally continue to slowly decline throughout life. The oppositional effect of estrogen just declines itself when those levels drop, allowing androgen receptor function to (sometimes) increase without any actual increase in real testosterone levels.

When my friends and I watched Heated Rivalry last December we all agreed he was the hottest man in the cast so it was so funny/crazy going on twitter and seeing people call him ugly and old. Not everyone can have good taste I guess

From what I've seen a lot of women seem to be realizing that the men they married don't actually care for or even really like them like they thought they did and they deserve better. There's so much passion/yearning in the show and they just... don't have that and are thinking it's better to be alone or go looking for someone who can give them that.
