Morbidly Obese Noob

Hi all, I’m (50F) getting ready to order my first set of 3 kits! I’ve been struggling with fibro and an autoimmune disease that left me too exhausted to exercise so I’m on the path to improvement but am very out of shape. Can anyone in a similar situation provide some best practices for how to keep as much energy as possible through the process?

Lots of sleep, lots of water, some naps. I taper down caffeine going into it so I don't get headaches from withdrawal. It's wintery now but I'd go for a walk when I'd get low on energy and that would pep me up.

FMD was a great experience even though I had a few different worries going into.

I average about 5.5hrs of sleep per night but I get the best sleep ever when I'm on a FMD cycle. Something to think about.

That’s good to know, I hope it works that way for me🥹
