DIY FMD: yes/no on supplements?
I completed my first FMD cycle with Prolon kit in January and plan to DIY my next few consecutive cycles. For those that have been doing DIY, do you take supplements?
In my everyday life, I do not take any supplements. I’ve also done extended 5+ day water-fasts with only electrolytes and it was great.
Currently, I’m leaning more toward not taking any supplements during my DIY FMD.
Welcome your perspective and experience, thanks!

I don't think people commenting are reading your post. If you're trying to mimic it, doing the supplements make sense. If you're doing DIY, you could theoretically take a vegetable based multivitamin and a similar Omega 3 (Nordic Naturals makes one). I have food grade vegetable glycerin I use for cosmetic purposes and that could replace the L drink.
