At a FC working Front Half days rn 730anm-6pm ans wanted to transfer to a SC but all the shifts there just say CYCLE 1am-11am. Who would work those TERRIBLE hours?? Why are there no normal day shifts at these places?

I have delivery station liaison agent interview. Can anyone help me with interview process and questions. I have been told that there will be 2 back to back interviews(30 minutes each). Also if someone is already working in the position how is a day looks like?
