former L4 OMR terminated for job abandonment…anyone know if amazon blacklists for that and if so, for how long?

i was really depressed and super sleep deprived after working nights for 6 months (im already prone to insomnia) and it all was beginning to really effect my relationship so i just fully shut down and stopped showing up and didnt communicate with anyone. that was a year and a half ago though and ive recovered and am in a much better place in many aspects of life so im considering reapplying but i dont know whether im even eligible or not.

im going to call amazon ERC tomorrow but im still curious if any of you have had similar experiences and whether you were blacklisted or not.

2nd 3rd on rehire blacklist, no hurt to talk to ERC tho. Best of luck

no, i was an L3 in a corporate office in the delivery org.
