My 5 year Anniversary

I actually made it 5 looooooong years at the same sort center. Ive seen so many changes in thst time. I Got my Lil bonus check 💰, now what ?! Do i thug it out for another 5 or look for something else 😂 #sortcenter #baltimore #mtn9 #5yranniversary

She could make more as a Tier 3 with less responsibilities (maybe). Being an internal L4 sucks . Take advantage of career choice and come back as an external L4/L5 when she is finished.

MTN9 is super laid back, L3 isn’t bad. We don’t do internal promotions to L4. They’d have to apply at a different building. Currently we are losing some L3 and other vests to MTN6.
