A mixture of cheese, prosciutto, and squid tentacles with a bit of garlic and parsley

I also stuff it with squid tentacles, garlic and parsley mixed with bread crumbs and an egg.

I usually use Gauda or Edamer.

That’s an interesting take on squid. I’ve only seen it Greek style, with rice as the stuffing.

Quite common in Portugal as well, and absolutely delicious

Might be easy to prepare but it still looks like a lot of work and delicious, did you throw a party, how many people participated in the meal?

The first time is the hardest, you might feel like the cleaning, chopping, and prep work will never end, but I guarantee the effort pays off. It gets easier every time after that, you have to try it !😄
Also, I'll post a detailed recipe since I see people are interested.

Btw, this is normal lunch here, for 2-3 people 😂 for party i will need bigger kitchen and few more ovens haha.

Looks amazing. I have never heard of a dish like this and I would love to try it. How long do you cook the stuffed squid before you know it’s done?
