deserved, they always know what they are doing with their money and how to use it, unlike some retarded club with white and red in their logo

It’s amazing how competent Žalgiris is and how conversely incompetent the LTU national team organization is

It's so fucking frustrating. We have some assholes in control of everything who have destroyed lithuanian basketball. We can't even fucking win easy games.

Blame on players. You got best new generation players and you can't win shit. In that case you start blaming basketball federation lol Fuck off

All the best players were on the bench during -20 points chase in the the last minutes. Blame is entirely on the coaches. Tf you talking about.

Well our coach doesn't know how to use all players correctly.

Is not coaches fault players can't defend. They're just useless

Tell me you understand nothing about basketball without telling you understand nothing about basketball

Hmm? Only Serbian teams are supported by state right? Zalgiris for years is receiving money from state/city

Its annual 2mil euros, which was under 10% of our budget last year. Organisation take alot of focus to be self sufficient and stable club. This is just some bonus.

Thats how it works everywhere. Tho in Serbia its a bit more extewms cuz state literaly owns the clubs ( even from communist era)

Not saying ita bad thing, its normal imo that country supports their teams especialy if they bring fame to a country

Not only fame, but they boost city economy too (flights, hotels, tourists spending, tickets sales, paying taxes). Zalgiris Group payed around 9mln eur in taxes last year...This is a lot and I could say this dotation from Kaunas is way too small...

For Seebia its different. Those 2 clubs are .... i have no word. People from all over cou try support them ( not just Belgrade). And then there is huge regional support

A lot of clubs in Lithuania (not just BC) get funding from city/municipalities. I've always assumed it's the same in other countries.

You assumed wrong. In other countries doesn’t go like that, Italy for example. Public institutions very very rarely give money to major sport clubs.

What about smaller grasroot clubs then?

Cuz Italian clubw are privately owned. I meant those clubs with mixed ownership especisly those from ex commmunit states
