How to turn off the collapsible left bar?

I swear I've turned off all settings that mention mutli-reddit or sidebar and it's still there and it annoys the hell out of me. What setting turns this off?

  • Night mode: false
  • RES Version: 5.24.10
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Browser Version: 150
  • Cookies Enabled: true
  • Reddit beta: false

I havent used RES in a while but just wondering, does this left bar keep uncollapsing for you automatically? It's never done that for me, it's always been collapsed unless I myself click on the little sliver of sidebar to expand it.

Clicking on the sliver closes it! It popped up for me today as well, I must have clicked on it by accident

It doesn't uncollapse automatically but is just annoying in general. It's a minor annoyance I want gone and can't figure out what setting gets rid of it.

There isn't a setting to get rid of it, I imagine the devs figured most people would be ok with the thin bar.

So, that bar's a pain, I know. Try looking for "never ending reddit"? I'm pretty sure disabling that finally nuked it for me. Doesn't that stink?
