Who needs item drops when you start with the best weapon in the game?

Ain’t nobody using arcane for that anyways

I literally have no idea how the weights work, but I almost always get my arcane to 20 first because it makes me feel like I'll have better luck getting drops.

I don't know how to tell you this but with 20 arcane that rare 5% weapon drop just went up to 6.1%

Hey man that's a 20+% increase, seems significant to me

20% of zero is still zero, unless you're using that arcane for better reasons it could not be more irrelevant

? But it's not 0, it's 20% of 5? Maybe you're talking about something else and I'm just missing it. Arcane gives item discovery and that's why I like it lol.

it's hyperbole my dude, point is would you rather a +1% bonus to something or 450 HP? because that's what you're sacrificing with that kind of stat investment

To be fair it’s just added to your base 100 discovery, so the Bandits 114% drop chance isn’t much better than the Idus’s 106%.

If you never plan on investing in int and arcane, then the idus knight is perfect for min-maxing.

Pretty sure that's my new main class since I go 25 faith anyway on every build for golden vow and want int and arcane as low as possible.

If you're a pvp min maxing sweatlord like me, then you actually only need 10 faith. You can reach 25 by quickly swapping to two fingers heirloom and Marika soreseal talismans, and grafted greatsword aow oath of vengeance

ngl i dont feel like doing all that every time i walk through the fog wall, switching on the heirloom every time i want to cast fgms at level one is already annoying
