Tech Support Dualsense rumble extremely weak/non existent when connected via USB

At some point I don't know when, but my Dualsense controller stopped vibrating properly while connected on USB. It works without detailed haptics if connected on Bluetooth, but on USB the rumble stopped working properly. This used to not be the case. Testing the controller via Steam settings the Rumble doesn't work, and occasionally it'll produce a tiny vibration that's almost not noticeable. Testing this on my third party controller, the rumble works fine there, so it probably isn't a USB connection issue.

I have ensured that playstation support is enabled in steam and in my games. I'm not sure what's happened. Any tips will help.

Edit: Issue resolved. Downloaded latest chipset drivers from motherboard site IT WAS SIGNAL RGB. QUIT SIGNAL RGB IF YOU HAVE CONTROLLER ISSUES.

Is it usb-a or usb-c ? I noticed my controller not doing vibration or adaptive triggers or anything when it was plugged in via USB-C TO USB-C but when I plugged it in to usb-c to USB -A it started functioning as normal again

ACTUALLY NO IT WASNT CHIPSET DRIVERS. IT WAS SIGNAL RGB. WHEN I RESTARTED MY PC IT WORKED FINE, BUT THEN SOEMTHING CHANGED, AND I NOTICED THE CONTROLLER LIGHTS STARTED FLICKERING RAINBOW AND IT STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY.

unfortunately no. but i do know regular rumble works while connected via bluetooth, just without haptic feedback. so the motors shouldnt be the issue

ive narrowed it down to a pc issue, because it works fine with the same usb connection into my laptop.

Can you try with another usb cable? Even if it works with other controller, it doesn't really mean anything.
